We aim to dispatch your order to you within 2 to 5 working days (notwithstanding public holidays, for example, Christmas). Standard post and packing is £5.85 per order. These charges are for mainland U.K. only (there may be an additional charge for some parts of Scotland. Please contact us for prices.
We cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us due to non-delivery i.e. customer unable to collect from carrier if item was unsuccessfully delivered due to customer being out etc. Damaged packages should be notified to the carrier delivery centre.
The seller shall not be liable for any default due to circumstances beyond reasonable control of the seller including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, civil unrest, strike, lock out, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, earthquake or shortage of supply or failure to deliver of the suppliers to the supplier.
Our Policy is to only display items on our website that we physically have in stock. Of course there is always the chance we might miss something. If we are out of stock we will drop you an email explaining the situation and advise you on estimated delivery time, at this point you can either request a full, or partial refund, or order something else.
Returning an Item
Under the Distance Selling Regulations if you are a consumer (not a business) you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days or receiving our order confirmation email. Cancelling an Order
When cancelling your order, if you have already received the goods you will need to return them within 30 days. Once we have received the goods we will credit you with the value of the returned goods. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised cannot be returned. If you are returning an item beause of an error made on our part or because it is defective, we will be more than happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to you and your costs in returning them to us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for delivery charges in connection with your purchase and return. To return an item, send the goods to the address below quoting your order number and reason for return. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
